QMS houses three television production studios, two HD control rooms and offers unique shooting spaces that simply can’t be found anywhere else.
Our 8th Floor Lounge and Terrace has one of the most spectacular views of Toronto’s waterfront and skyline. The sleek and modern 1800 square feet lounge can be configured to suit many types of events and productions. The 100-seat state-of-the-art theatre is equipped with motorized blinds to create a blackout room with full acoustical ceilings and walls – perfect for screenings or presentations.
With a stunning lakeside view, our open concept production space is perfect for events, performances and content creation. With a living wall, full wall windows and doors that open to the waterfront, it’s configurable for many different scenarios. Measuring just under 10,000 square feet with access to studio power and production support spaces.
Adjacent to our Atrium is our 1900 square foot open concept studio that features two full wall windows overlooking Sugar Beach and Lake Ontario. The space has beautiful terrazzo flooring and is perfect for natural light photo shoots or MOS shoots.
Studios 3 and 4 are isolated slab environments that are available with green screen and white seamless backdrops. At over 1,100 square feet, the studios are ideal for smaller productions.
